Sunday


11am-2pm  Welcome! Join one of the orientation circles, settle in and take a swim
2:00pm Yoga, guided imagery and techniques for pain release and relaxation: Rivka Zlatkin
3:00pm  Writing and Art workshop
4:00pm Rest time, treat yourself to a massage! Participate in a Soul Therapy small group session with Michal Oshman. Make a crown,  Face Paint, Bring a tambourine to paint or purchase one at the festival (if you plan to buy a tambourine (30nis) at the festival there are limited quantities, first come first served. (all supplies provided).


6:00pm dinner, mincha, shower and get dressed for the evening

7:00pm  The Art of Circle: movement / voice / drumming workshop and jam session (our "warmup" for the night circle:)) with Aviva Spiegel. Have fun learning and practicing the rules and structure of participating in an improvisational music/ dance/ drum circle

This is important to attend to feel part of the whole. We will introduce ourselves and share our kavanna for the festival and then Jam some more! Bring drums and instruments if you play!

12:45pm "Arise Miriam's Well!"-  A favorite yearly tradition. Group Water Healing Ritual: "Birthing our light bodies"with Elisheva Mervis
2pm  Lunch (Did you buy your Food & Perks ticket? This is included!), Rest time and time to treat yourself to a massage! Get facepainted or henna. Do some Art- make a crown....
