Packing List

Please Read This! You'll be better prepared!
-consider bringing a camping/shuk cart to roll your stuff.... really helpful.
-ground cover for your sleeping and also for your (our) sitting in common area (camping chair optional)
-sleeping pad and bedding
-ear plugs (super helpful for sleeping if others are awake.)
-flashlight
-tent optional (in the beautiful fairly private space that i found there is room for about 3-4 small tents only in order to have enough common space. there are more sites along the river right down the way to set up a tent. you do not have to bring a tent; a mosquito net would be enough)
-sunscreen
-water: 2 L per day
-Utensils for eating (fork, spoon, plate, BOWL better: making stew ;) hot cup for tea (if you signed up for bringing a cutting board and knife)
-floaty raft for chillin. innertube great for the Channel the River embodied teshuva workshop
-sun hat/ sunglasses if you need
-Goggles and water shoes
-towel
-clothing: whatever you will need but think "pack light!" there ARE others camping up and down the river so if it's important to you, bring a tznius bathing suit.
-Sweatshirt! it can get chilly at night
-Bug Spray or buy from chana natural oils
FOOD: i am providing one cooked meal per day (Monday dinner and Tues lunch). Please bring whatever snacks and non-perishables you'd like to supplement. We can make hot water for tea, coffee, oatmeal etc. BYO. suggested to bring a Mango for a delicious meditation
-JOURNAL and PEN
- Art supplies optional
- Siddur
-yoga mat optional
-portable battery pack and cords if you want
-MONEY to treat yourself to a massage from Sarah and buy whatever people have brought to sell
-musical instruments most welcome!
-any awesome Torah to share
